Return & Refund Policy
At Zoomeroo, we want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number and reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used pet products
- Products that have been damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
